Daniel Lewis - About Lewis Valuations + Advisory

Managing Director

Daniel Lewis brings over two decades of industry experience to his role as Managing Director at Lewis Valuations + Advisory.

He is renowned for his expertise in conducting specialised valuations across all Australian states and territories. Daniel’s strengths lie in identifying key drivers in regional and remote markets, ensuring that every valuation he undertakes is meticulously evidence-based.

As an expert witness for the Federal Circuit Court, Daniel has provided invaluable insights for hundreds of valuations across Australia. He has also overseen national portfolio valuations and has been appointed as a panel valuer by banks, non-banks, credit unions, and building societies to provide advice on unique and specialised real property assets.

Before founding Lewis Valuations + Advisory, Daniel held significant leadership roles, including director, state manager, and valuations manager for ASX-listed and independent national valuation firms in Australia.

He holds a master’s degree in business with a major in property from the University of South Australia.

Daniel is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), holding the highest level of membership for valuers as a Certified Practicing Valuer. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with international recognition. Additionally, he is associated with the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI) as an Associate Member and a Certified Property Valuer.

Daniel served in the Australian Defence Force for five years within the Australian Army, where he developed strong leadership skills and a drive for excellence.

Daniel’s comprehensive knowledge, combined with his commitment to precision and excellence, makes him an invaluable asset to any client seeking reliable and thorough property valuation advice, regardless of the location or complexity of the asset.

Claire Lewis - About Lewis Valuations + Advisory

Accounts and Marketing Specialist

Claire Lewis brings 10 years of experience working in the greater property industry with operational and business experience.

Having seen first-hand the foundation required for successful valuation firms, Claire contributes a unique perspective by offering a deep understanding of the process from customer enquiry to successful delivery of valuation.

With a current role inclusive of nationwide marketing, accounts and IT oversight, Claire is an integral member of the team behind the scenes.

Danielle Bruce - About Lewis Valuations + Advisory

Office Manager

Danielle Bruce brings 10 years of professional property experience to the Lewis Valuations + Advisory team.

Danielle is the highly valued office manager, after working within a valuation support role for the past 12 months.
The cornerstone of our customer service, staff satisfaction and operational success, Danielle directs the nationwide team of staff and valuers.

Danielle is currently studying with Deakin University a Bachelor of Property with intention of becoming a CPV.

With experience working with major name companies like CBRE, First National, Elders and Belle Property in a range of roles, Danielle offers her skill, enthusiasm and professionalism to our staff and customers alike.

Johnathan Morey - About Lewis Valuations + Advisory

Valuation Analyst

Johnathan Morey brings 8 years experience as a property professional, through a variety of roles.

Johnathan is the Valuation Analyst of Lewis Valuations + Advisory and has a strong knowledge of market movements.
Working in partnership with the Director and valuers, Johnathan tracks data across all property sectors and trends within Australia to ensure we are offering the latest and most relevant advice to our customers.

Johnathan graduated in 2013 with Bachelor of Business and Commerce, with a Major in Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney. Johnathan has worked with property companies including Diamonds Property, CBRE and Simplx Group.

Johnathan has completed a professional certificate in Asset Planning Management from the institute of Public Works Engineering Australia in 2023.
