Managing Director

Daniel Lewis brings over two decades of industry experience to his role as Managing Director at Lewis Valuations + Advisory.

He is renowned for his expertise in conducting specialised valuations across all Australian states and territories. Daniel’s strengths lie in identifying key drivers in regional and remote markets, ensuring that every valuation he undertakes is meticulously evidence-based.

As an expert witness for the Federal Circuit Court, Daniel has provided invaluable insights for hundreds of valuations across Australia. He has also overseen national portfolio valuations and has been appointed as a panel valuer by banks, non-banks, credit unions, and building societies to provide advice on unique and specialised real property assets.

Before founding Lewis Valuations + Advisory, Daniel held significant leadership roles, including director, state manager, and valuations manager for ASX-listed and independent national valuation firms in Australia.

He holds a master’s degree in business with a major in property from the University of South Australia.

Daniel is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), holding the highest level of membership for valuers as a Certified Practicing Valuer. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with international recognition. Additionally, he is associated with the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI) as an Associate Member and a Certified Property Valuer.

Daniel served in the Australian Defence Force for five years within the Australian Army, where he developed strong leadership skills and a drive for excellence.

Daniel’s comprehensive knowledge, combined with his commitment to precision and excellence, makes him an invaluable asset to any client seeking reliable and thorough property valuation advice, regardless of the location or complexity of the asset.
